Description
Transport your listeners back in time to the days of colonial Williamsburg and New England with these flute and harp duets. The harp parts feature arpeggios and rolled chords (intervals up to a tenth), clever counter-harmony lines, and original introductions and interludes that engage the audience. Flutists will enjoy parts that foray beyond the simple melodies of the first verses into improvisational passages and occasional harmony to the harp’s melody.
Each song has a cover page, full score, and individual scores for the flute and large lever (34+ strings) or pedal harp. All pieces are easy to intermediate for both instruments with few to no lever changes. 111 pages.
