Help Logging in at Melody’s
First and foremost: This site is new as of May 2021. Your old user name and password will not work. You must set up a new account. If you already have a user account with us (that you set up after May 8, 2021) but can’t remember your password, you can reset it. Follow the instructions and enter the email address associated with your account. You should receive a password reset email. Check your spam if you don’t. So many times these things end up in your spam box. If the link takes you to a “page not found” – call us at 281-890-4500 and we will reset it for you. A note about your user name – you can’t change it once you establish it. If you forget, call or email.
If that doesn’t work, or if you are not sure which email account you have used, email email@example.com or call 281-890-4500. We can check the back end of the site and reset your PW for you, or help you find your account.
Sometimes you may have one, two or three accounts with different emails, and sometimes you may have purchased as a guest at some point rather than using your account. It is best to have only one account to keep track of your orders and downloads. If you think you have multiple accounts, call or email and we can help you figure it out. I don’t think we can merge them, but we can delete one, or inform you of your multiple accounts so you can choose which one to use.
If you get the error “An account is already registered with your email address” it means you must log into your account using that email address. Our site will recognize your email address and will not create a second account with the same email address. If you’re having trouble, call or email.
How do I get on the teacher | performer list? Email Mary Radspinner at firstname.lastname@example.org. Don’t email the shop. It may take awhile, but I’ll get it on when I have a chance. Reminder emails are welcome.
