Description
This is an arrangement of the well-beloved “overture” to Johann Sebastian Bach’s cantata Ich steh mit einem Fuß im Grabe, BWV 156. Harp 1 (pedal) carries the melody and is the more difficult of the parts, with several pedal changes and triplet and sixteenth note rhythms. Harp 2 (large lever) carries the arpeggiated accompaniment, has larger stretches in the LH (up to a tenth), and contains a couple rolled chords.
Both a full score and individual parts for each harp are included. The difficulty level is early to late intermediate with the pedal and lever changes marked in between the staffs. Each harp part is 2 pages long.
