Description
Tones of green are linked to our senses. They balance warmth and coolness, provide natural comfort and restore peace.
This short piece can be played on a pedal or lever harp and was written to simulate a gentle spring rainfall. Imagine the fresh smell of spring rain as it quenches the thirsty earth. Phrasing marks help represent the balance between rain falling down on the earth (descending scale motions) and the new greens sprouting and reaching up (ascending phrases.)
