Description
Johann Stauss, Jr. used themes from his operetta, Indigo and the Forty Thieves, to create this wonderful orchestra piece. The mysterious Arabian introduction is followed by three Waltzes. Waltz II is the most famous melody.
The pedal and lever harp duet versions are not exactly the same, although they are intended to be played together. They differ in the pedal/lever markings, harmony notes and which harp is playing the melody note. The dynamics and Waltz sections are clearly marked. Lever Harp Score & Parts, 54 pages.
