Description
This arrangement for solo pedal harp begins in the key of E flat major with a series of chords and harmonics. The left hand provides an accompaniment of arpeggios for the melody in the middle range of the harp. The piece then modulates to C flat major for a section with large chords with the bass clef octaves taking beats two and four to simulate the sound of a large striking clock. Ultimately, the key of E flat major returns to repeat the first section. The last four measure imitate the introduction and end with harmonics that slowly fade away. This piece is early advanced level. Range is C below the bass clef to 4th treble clef ledger line G above the treble clef.
