Description
Rolled chords, LH accompaniment arpeggios, and triplets feature in these arrangements of the arranger’s favorite Scottish tunes. A generous number of grace notes and the dotted rhythms of the “Scottish snap” add authenticity to the sound of the pieces. The songs are in the keys of C, G, and D, along with their relative minors. One also appears in E-flat major. Non-musical features include historical notes and lyrics. ALL HARPS, INTERMEDIATE.
Recordings of the pieces in this book (and others by the arranger) can be found linked on this spreadsheet.
