Nicely edited, this compelling melody is beautiful as a harp duet with cello or violin/flute. The harp part is divided between the right hand and left hand, making it very playable. Almost sight readable by the intermediate harpist. One lever change.
Alexander Alexandrovich Ilyinsky (1859-1920) was a Russian music teacher and composer. His most famous work is the Lullaby (Berceuse), Op. 13, No. 7. It is from his orchestral suite “Noure and Anitra”. Another of his famous works is the opera The Fountain of Bakhchisaray.
