Description
The original Norwegian title of this arrangement, “Jølstra-Brura,” translates to “The Bride from Jølstra.” It features lilting rhythms of dotted eighths and sixteenth notes trading off with triplets and accompaniment patterns of rolled tenth chords and arpeggios.
A copy of the original composition (a violin duet) is included. The difficulty level is intermediate. There are lever (pedal) changes for two G sharps. In the key of D major (2 sharps), the piece is 2 pages long.
