PEDAL HARP AND LEVER HARP ENSEMBLES – INTERMEDIATE
The Brahms Hungarian Dance No. 5 is cleverly written. This piece was inspired when Brahms met Eduard Remenyi, a famous Hungarian Gypsy violinist, who shared with Brahms about Gypsy music. The Hungarian Dances, by Brahms, were inspired by these Gypsy rhythms, dances and melodies. They were originally written for the piano.
